Beauty salon Program

“The One” program is the comprehensive solution for managing beauty salons.

It provides full control over all aspects of the business, from accounting and inventory management to SMS messaging and subscription systems. It enables managers to accurately track details and make decisions from anywhere online, using any device such as laptops or smartphones.
The system simplifies work organization, customer follow-up, and specialist management, and includes detailed reports on operations, services, and specialist visits. It also helps increase salon revenue through discount cards and balance top-up features.

Main components of the program

Warehouse Department

All inventory operations, including: purchases, sales, transfers, material issue vouchers, material receipt vouchers, price quotations, purchase orders, restocking, item movement tracking, item stocktaking, invoice profits, and sales representatives’ sales.

Receipts, payments, and journal entries; general ledger, journal book, trial balance (by balances or totals), account balances, analytical reports of revenues and expenses, and final accounts (financial statements).

Human Resources Department (HR)

The program includes: company branch setup, department setup, company license registration, and employee setup
(recording personal data, passport details, residency information, address details, and salary payment methods).
The system helps generate alerts and warnings that assist in completing tasks on time and avoiding violations. It can be integrated with various biometric (fingerprint) devices and supports many live reports
(sales, attendance and departure).

The system displays total services performed, bookings, and cash and card (K-Net) amounts at the end of the workday. It includes a service display screen and helps record customer, specialist, and service data.
The program also provides many reports, including specialists’ services, department performance, daily invoices, and cash receipts.

The Appointment Booking Screen is distinguished by full control over the type of booking (session, subscription, or program) or multiple services. It allows specifying the duration required to perform the requested service, as well as the ability to pay the booking amount partially or in full.
The appointment is also linked to the specialist responsible for carrying out the service, according to the specified date and time.

Inquiry Screen

Through the Inquiry Screen, customer visit activity during the specified period is analyzed in terms of services performed, specialists involved, number of visits, and amounts paid.

Appointments Schedule

The production process model is characterized by accuracy and ease of use, with the ability to identify variances in expenses and consumption for each manufacturing operation individually. Raw materials are issued using a material issue voucher, and finished products are received through a finished product receipt voucher. Dedicated warehouses are defined for raw materials and manufactured products to ensure accurate inventory control.
