Medical Centers and Clinics Program

“The One” program is a comprehensive solution for managing medical centers and clinics.

“The One Clinic” program provides integrated tools for managing medical centers and clinics, including general accounting, inventory management, and administrative operations. It can be operated online on laptops and smart devices such as iPad and iPhone, enabling managers to have full control and monitor activities anytime and from anywhere.
The system offers detailed reports and includes features for organizing clinic operations, delivering modern patient services, tracking doctors, extracting information, visit reminders, as well as reports on doctors’ performance and patient services.

Main components of the program

Warehouse Department

All inventory operations, including: purchases, sales, transfers, material issue vouchers, material receipt vouchers, price quotations, purchase requests, and replenishment. Item movement tracking, item stocktaking, invoice profits, and sales representatives’ sales.

Human Resources Department (HR)

The program includes company branch setup, department definition, company license management, and employee management, including the registration of personal data, passport details, residency information, address details, and salary payment methods.
The system helps generate alerts and warnings that assist in completing tasks on time and avoiding violations. It supports integration with various biometric (fingerprint) devices and provides multiple live reports, such as sales and attendance tracking. The system also supports SMS messaging.

Clinic and Medical Center Reception Department

Job/service definitions, patient profiles, and doctor, specialist, and nurse profiles. Patient appointment schedules, appointment booking, program and subscription registration, service-based invoicing, and cash receipt processing, with end-of-shift summaries showing total services, bookings, cash amounts, and card (K-Net) payments.
The system includes a service display screen and provides a wide range of reports, including doctors’ activities, department performance, daily invoices, cash receipts, and many other reports.

Patient File Opening Screen

Through the Patient Registration Screen, after entering all required data, users can track completed visits, view the names of doctors following the patient’s case, inquire about the patient’s account, and monitor upcoming appointments.

Point of Sale (POS)

The program’s Point of Sale (POS) is distinguished by its simplicity and comprehensiveness, as it includes all services provided by the clinic. It also allows easy access to the appointment schedule, settlement of patients’ due payments, opening and preparing medical prescriptions, and sending them directly to the pharmacy.

Appointments Schedule

The system allows the entry of patient visit appointments, helping to organize schedules and prevent overlap, omission, or loss of appointments. This includes a visit schedule with the assignment of the doctor or specialist. Previous and upcoming appointments can be viewed through the patient’s visit history, along with the appointment status (completed, canceled, or rescheduled). In addition, users can seamlessly navigate from the visit schedule to the Point of Sale when the patient arrives at the clinic.

Patient Registration

A live sales monitoring system that allows real-time tracking of branch sales, including detailed specifications, quantities, and prices for all items across all branches.

Invoice Posting Screen

Through the Invoice Posting Screen, users can view the revenue collected by the clinic during the day, including applied discounts and canceled invoices, as well as the cash collection methods (cash or credit card). The system also generates a financial voucher to close the daily transactions.

Patient File

The system features an electronic patient record through which patient visits and the associated clinic are recorded. The patient’s medical condition and prescribed medications are documented, and diagnostic images such as X-rays and ultrasound scans can be attached. Upon the patient’s next visit, the previous diagnostic information is displayed for reference.

Doctors and Specialists Activity Report

A report of doctors’ and specialists’ activities during a specific time period, showing the services performed by each doctor based on the data related to each patient.
