Main components of the program

Organizing trainers’ work and facilitating the follow-up of members

Serving members using modern and technological methods

Confidentiality and prevention of subscribers’ information leakage

Ease of extracting information and various reports

A comprehensive set of detailed reports related to members

Member ID card

The member ID card is distinguished by the ability to define mandatory and optional fields, with most subscriber data recorded from a single window (medical file, measurement records, attendance and departure, and additional information).

Subscription invoice

The subscriber identification card is characterized by the ability to define mandatory and optional fields. Most of the subscriber’s data is recorded from a single window (medical file, measurement records, attendance and departure, and additional information).

Fingerprint system

Attendance and departure for subscribers are recorded through the fingerprint device. All valid services of the subscriber are displayed and the gate is opened. It is also possible to know the scheduled time for taking the subscriber’s measurements, the date of the last attendance, whether the subscriber has previously been blacklisted or is not allowed to enter this branch, and to view the notes recorded for the subscriber through the alerts panel.

Fingerprint system

The blacklist allows you to temporarily or permanently block certain unwanted members from the club.

Temporary suspension of services

Control member management through a screen that allows temporarily suspending certain services or all member services for a specified period.

Cash registers monitoring

The locker monitoring dashboard allows you to view the status of lockers (available, rented, or reserved) simultaneously through the locker control panel. It also enables you to identify the member renting a locker by clicking on it, which displays the member’s details and photo, with real-time screen updates from the same window.

Ocean CMS program

Ocean CMS software enables you to generate comprehensive daily or monthly accounting reports. The reports allow you to extract detailed sales reports for all club branches, broken down by each subscription or service, for a specific day or a specific month.

Subscription expiration report

The subscription expiration report enables you to identify the expiration dates of subscriptions, services, or lockers for all members. It also allows you to define a specific time period to generate a report of members whose subscriptions will expire within that selected period.

Subscriptions and services summary report

The subscriptions and services summary report allows you to extract data on the number of members for each individual subscription and service, as well as the value of these subscriptions for each subscription and service. It also enables you to identify the total number of members across all services and the total value of all subscriptions.
